FRANK ARNOLD AND SON is insured for goods in transit and for loading and unloading.Upto 20,000.There is a  100 policy excess applicable for each and every claim which will be deducted from any claim payment made to the customer.

Any articles not packed and unpacked by employees of FRANK ARNOLD AND SON are not insured against breakages.

All furniture and effects should be checked to ensure that they have been delivered in the same as they were picked up.

PLEASE CHECK THE LORRY BEFORE IT LEAVES YOUR PREMISES, as we cannot be held responsible once the lorry has left your premises.

Unnecessary waiting time will be charged. As fro 3pm at a rate of 50 per hour + vat until access time.

Late cancellation will be charges in full. 7 working days must be must be given in writing.

Any damage must be notified in writing by recorded delivery within 48 hours. After this time no claim can be made.

The above conditions are to be read and understood fully.   

All boxes must be scaled correctly.

Fragile must be wrapped and fully protected, i.e. mirror, picture etc.
 
Non returnable deposit will be required for end of the month removals, charge will be 30% to be paid by credit/ debit card.

Storage insurance is solely the customer’s responsibility.

30-40 boxes will be included in your estimate additional boxes and packing materials are available at a additional charge.

Any contents in the loft are to be brought to ground level.
